A $300.00 deposit is required to hold a reservation. The deposit will be held as a damage deposit during your stay and will be refunded as soon as the townhouse is inspected after your departure. A $65 cleaning fee, plus any damages above normal wear and tear, will be deducted from the deposit. The full rent, plus 11.5% sales and resort tax, is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
