- Are there beach chairs, beach toys, and towels for our use?
Yes, we supply beach chairs, beach towels and toys for your use.

- Do I need to bring my own blowdryer?
It is not necessary to bring a blowdryer. We have one for your use.

- Is there a grill?
Yes, we have a grill located in our private backyard patio.

- We have a large group. How many people can you accomodate?
We have 2 units that can sleep up to 6 in each so we can accomodate up to 12 people.

- Will I need a car? Is there public transportation?
We have an island trolley that will take you all over our 7 mile island free of charge! It funs from 6AM to 10:30PM seven days a week.

- Is there wireless access?
Yes, we have WIFI access. Simply ask for the security code and we can provide access.

- What is the deposit for?
The purpose of the deposit is to hold your reservation and then serve as your damage security deposit during your stay. Should there be any damages, the cost for repair will be deducted from the deposit. We also deduct the cleaning fee of $60 from the deposit. The deposit minus the cleaning fee is returned to the tenant within one week of departure.

- Is there an iron and ironing board?
Yes, there is an iron and board for your use.

- Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, the kitchen has a toaster oven, blender, coffee pot, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, baking dishes and glassware.

- Do you have a crib?
Yes, we have a crib. Please reserve the crib at the time of reservation and we will be sure to make it available to you at check in.

- May I park my boat at the townhouse?
In most cases (for boats that are 24 feet or less), you will be able to park your boat in our double gated side yard. If the boat is larger than 24 feet then we'd prefer that you make other arrangements for parking. There are marinas as well as public launch facilities on the island.
